The International NRG Battle is an annual competition in which teams of students work on innovative solutions for energy issues of relevance to industry. An expert jury judges the innovativeness, usefulness and originality of the idea. As well as being an ideas factory, the Energy Battle is an effective selection and recruitment tool for companies in the energy sector. Participating companies can build up their teams from the Energy Talent Pool of Student Stock, the prime mover behind the Battle. GasTerra sponsors the event and contributes issues for the participants to work on.
