Energy Delta Institute

The Energy Delta Institute (EDI) in Groningen is an international business school specialising in the field of energy. The institute focuses on natural gas. EDI was founded in 2003 by GasTerra, Gasunie, Gazprom and the University of Groningen. Later on Shell and RWE joined too. EDI is now known internationally as a major educational institution specialising in energy production, transport and trade. The institute has expertise in technological, managerial, logistical and legal areas. Energy professionals from all over the world visit in order to acquire knowledge and to keep themselves up to date on the latest developments in the sector.
