GasTerra has joined up with NoorderlinkThis is an alliance of the largest employers in the north of the Netherlands. Each of the participating organisations implements its own HR policy but they exchange knowledge, expertise and best practices in HRM (Human Resources Management). Noorderlink aims to increase the mobility of the personnel of its affiliated organisations and works to bring well-trained personnel to the north and to retain them.
